Learn more at www.genzyme.com.<br/><br/><br/>Global Business Process Owner - Master Production Scheduling and Supplier Scheduling<br/><br/> The Global Master Production Scheduling and Capacity<b> </b>or Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) - Master Production Scheduling and Distribution Planning is responsible for establishing and maintaining a global master scheduling and distribution planning business process that meets the Class A standard for assigned Genzyme businesses. The GBPO - Master Production Scheduling and Distribution Planning will lead a team of Business Process Managers in business units and corporate functions who will direct the work in their areas of responsibility and collectively support the global process and Class A objectives through continuous improvement of people, systems and processes.<br/><br/><br/>The GBPO - Master Production Scheduling and Distribution Planning is part of the MRP II Class A program office, which is responsible for global implementation of an MRP II Class A program across Genzyme. The program office is responsible for all aspects of the implementation including design, prioritization, schedule, budget and coordination among participating Business Units, Manufacturing Sites and external consultants. The Program office will also provide ongoing governance for standard processes, metrics and continuous improvement activities.<br/><br/>The GBPO will insure common practices across all business units, locations and products through the following major accountabilities:<br/><ul><li>Form and develop a team of Business Process Managers representing each business unit or site and supporting corporate functions.
