• Form and develop a team of Business Process Managers representing each business unit or site and supporting corporate functions. Lead regular and ad hoc team meetings to update plans, identify resources and maintain progress toward the shared goals.

• Plan, coordinate and track task-specific training of all personnel involved in master production scheduling and distribution planning processes including master schedulers, production planners and distribution planners.

• BA/BS and 15 years' experience at the manager level or higher in master production scheduling and distribution planning in a manufacturing company with multiple locations and with international distribution
• Professional Certification(s) such as APICS and CSCMP

• Successful implementation of MPS, RCCP, DRP and related systems
• Technical understanding of MPS, RCCP, DRP, demand management and MRP
• Significant project management experience including projects spanning multiple global locations
• Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement experience
• Outstanding communication skills

• Support the Head of Lean Transformation in developing and delivering a strategy that will ensure that Lean is used as a matter of course in driving business improvements at all levels of the organisation
• Act as a mentor and coach to Managers and key members of staff to give them the confidence and commitment to drive sustainable continuous improvement in the organisation.
• Use expertise in the application of Lean and Change Management tools and techniques to interpret and apply the appropriate methods to deliver business improvement in line with the site strategy
• Participate in and facilitate improvement events (Kaizen, VSA, etc.) in support of Lean Transformation program
