We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, dynamic professional in our Ridgefield, NJ facility as a Principal Training Specialist

Provides considerable expertise in training and evaluation of other trainers. Assesses effectiveness of training programs and recommends changes or enhancements. May develop overall training techniques to address specific needs. Consults with management to address long-term needs with respect to training.

Manages departmental training files for multiple departments and multiple products. Oversees the production of training information. Manages developmental projects associated with the necessary training programs, curriculum, modules, documentation, etc.

Works independently with little to no supervision. Exercises considerable discretion in determining objectives of and approaches to significant organizational projects or assignments.

Decisions heavily influence and impact the direction of the organization. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources.

Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on matters pertaining to its policies, plans and objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and 10 or more years of training experience is required or Masters Degree and 8 or more years of training experience is required.
